What we collect, and why
- What you send us to book or ask a question (name, phone, compound, unit details, handover date, WhatsApp messages and photos): to quote, book, carry out the inspection and send your report.
- Measurement cookies, only if you accept them (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / Google Ads): to see which ads and pages bring enquiries. They record pages visited and clicks on WhatsApp and booking buttons. If you say no, they are not loaded.
Who else handles it
Our website host (Cloudflare), our booking page host ([booking platform]), WhatsApp (Meta), and, only with your consent, Meta and Google for ad measurement. Some of these services store data outside Egypt.
